Forty-three story residential highrise located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood in downtown Seattle. Responsible for the project's design work and documentation from early design guidance to master use permitting.

 

9201 DELRIDGE MINI STORAGE  |  2017 - PRESENT

SEATTLE, WA  |  35,000 SF

 

A four-story self-storage facility located in the Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle. Have worked with on the building's development from design guidance to permitting and have assembled both design packages.

Valuable experience earned in client relations, site documentation, and architectural discourse, learned through hospitality and residential designs. Applied skills in hand and digital rendering, modeling, and standardization of BIM project work.

Have gained experience in architectural design, construction documentation, rendering, and modeling. Responsible for the success of various projects ranging from schematic design to construction administration, and have personally designed and implemented the office’s new Revit project template, titleblock design, default families, and detail database.

Office expansion project, having worked with design team from initial design stages to final completion in May of 2016. Its goal was to create an inviting and personal headquarters and one that it reflective of their legacy.

Design study with University of Minnesota to convert underdeveloped campus block into a retail, residential, commercial, and hoteling destination. Responsible for site analysis, massing studies, and help in initial design conceptualizations.

Regional design initiative to strategize and design systems for affordable housing in major cities. The goal was to create a new means of living through programmatic analysis and construction techniques that benefit a fluctuating market.
