Forty-three story residential highrise located in the Denny Triangle neighborhood in downtown Seattle. Responsible for the project's design work and documentation from early design guidance to master use permitting.

A four-story self-storage facility located in the Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle. Have worked with on the building's development from design guidance to permitting and have assembled both design packages.

Design study with University of Minnesota to convert underdeveloped campus block into a retail, residential, commercial, and hoteling destination. Responsible for site analysis, massing studies, and help in initial design conceptualizations.

Regional design initiative to strategize and design systems for affordable housing in major cities. The goal was to create a new means of living through programmatic analysis and construction techniques that benefit a fluctuating market.
