The 8 Tower is a forty-three story residential highrise proposed in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of downtown Seattle. My responsibilities as project designer included developing the design parti and model, working with the client and consultants through the design process, assembling presentation packages for Board review, and creating the MUP set in Revit. The project was approved by the Board in late 2017 and will one day become a welcomed addition to the Seattle skyline.
