9201 Delridge is a four-story self-storage facility located in the Delridge neighborhood of West Seattle. The building's design came from its own program of 'stacked boxes' which also helped to define entry points, and areas of circulation. The goal was to create a contemporary design that celebrated clean geometries with unique materials and patterning. I have worked with my team as project designer and have seen the building's development from early design guidance to building permitting. Responsibilities included developing the design and documents with the clients and consultants, assembling the project's design packages, creating the project's document sets, and successfully presenting our recommendation level design to the West Seattle Design Review Board.
