MASTER'S THESIS

MINNEAPOLIS, MN

My thesis, Residential Redux, investigates the following question; Can a new mixed-use residential complex integrate the traditional assets of a suburban neighborhood, while still addressing its new urban context? This proposal’s primary focus is through an imaginative reinterpretation of the suburban dweller and their regress into the city.

The importance and potential application of this project comes from the sprawling residential trends that have greatly shaped our cities’ layout and is thus an attempt to reconcile their unsustainable nature by offering a more sensitive alternative.
