In 2014, the Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropic organization was looking to expand their Minnesota headquarters threefold and sought our firm's design expertise. I was brought in on the project as a designer and saw the project develop from schematic design through the end of construction. My roles included working with the design team and consultants through initial design phases, developing construction documents, and helping in parts of the construction administrative process.
